At Engimek International, we’re dedicated to providing industrial valves of consistently high quality with a goal of zero percent rejection while remaining affordable and competitive. This will be accomplished through collaboration and ongoing development in all areas of operation.

We will collaborate effectively and with a positive outlook. Each employee will continue to enhance their own, their work processes, their quality management systems, and their available resources (Men, Machine, Equipment, Materials, Tools, Instrument, Methods and Software etc.). By doing so, everyone will be able to accomplish their personal, divisional, and corporate goals successfully, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all our stakeholders.

The policy statement includes the following standards for quality:

  • Meet the legal requirements and fulfill clients’ expectations, both explicit and subliminal, while continuously assessing our efforts to live up to such expectations.
  • Meet the legal requirements and fulfill clients’ expectations, both explicit and subliminal, while continuously assessing our efforts to live up to such expectations.
  • Implement quality indicators, monitor their development, and guarantee the level and caliber of service anticipated by our customers.

The following management principles are covered under the policy statement:

  • Involving our suppliers in regular collaborative collaboration. Meetings for quality reviews and assessments of supplier performance are held on a regular basis.
  • Both the preservation of the environment and the safety of our workers. All manufacturing-related tools and procedures adhere to the most recent norms and laws.
  • Consolidate the firm’s ongoing process of performance improvement throughout all of its activities.
  • Encourage and develop a motivated environment among all partners and employees of the organization.

The Management of the Firm makes this policy available and accessible to its clients, personnel, suppliers, and members of the public at large. Periodic evaluations that coincide with management adjustments that take into account changes in the external environment and the information gathered by the firm keep the quality system updated. The management will offer the necessary technical, financial, and human resources in order to meet the recurring stated goals and objectives.
